Register now to attend the 29th Congress of
the Pan-Pacific Surgical Association, celebrating its 79th
Anniversary. The Congress will be held from January 9 to 14, 2010
at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, overlooking beautiful Waikiki Beach.
Registration Information
Target
Audience
This meeting is for all surgical specialties, but has been developed
primarily for general, orthopedic, obstetricians and gynecologists,
otolaryngologists and urologists, as well as nurses and paraprofessional
personnel.
Speakers
Please fill out the authors registration form and
send it to PPSA.
Registration/Cancellations
Register by
completing the registration form and
faxing or mailing with payment information to the address at the bottom
of the form. The PPSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this meeting
and to change faculty due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that
this meeting must be cancelled, the PPSA is not responsible for any
airfare, hotel or other costs you incur.
Refunds
/ Transfer of Registrations
To receive a
refund for the registration fee, cancellation must be made in writing.
Refunds will be processed, less a 10 percent service fee, if made prior
to Oct. 1, 2009. Refunds after that date will be made with a 50% service
fee until Dec. 8, 2009, after which a refund is not possible.
Registrations are not transferable.

Sheraton Waikiki Hotel directly through the attached hotel registration form to
book accommodations at a special group rate.

A variety of medical scientific and technical exhibits will be on display

Parking
Self-parking
at the Sheraton Waikiki will be $10 per day and valet parking will be $15
per day, with provided validation.
